Where is Eastman Parts Located?

Eastman Parts is located in the Melbourne airfreight precinct, which allows us to ship products at a fast rate out of Melbourne. We also ship out of our distribution warehouses around the country, reducing shipping times on many of our spare parts.


Is Pick Up Available?

Sorry we no longer offer a pick up service due to changes in our stock locations and logistics service. We do however, offer discounted freight prices on our site to assist in freight costs.


Is There A Warranty On Eastman Parts?

Yes there is a 12-Month Warranty on all parts excluding filters and high-wearing machinery parts, unless otherwise stated on the product description.


What is Our Return Policy?

We offer returns within 14 days of purchase date - We offer a refund minus the postage costs (even if it was free shipping it still costs postage - please contact us for this amount).

Note: Specifically procured locally and internationally products are non returnable.


What Payment Methods Can Be Used?

Eastman Parts has a secure Paypal processing gateway, enabling payments by Paypal and Credit Cards. You can also pay by EFT or Bank Deposit, the details for Bank Transfers are on the bottom of the Invoice or Order emailed once checkout is completed.

We have a long history working with Paypal and understand that it is a trusted and easy way for Australians to purchase online.


How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

We try to use the best method of freight or post to reduce freight times and costs. We expect most parcels shipped to Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide to arrive in 1-3 days.

For Perth, Darwin and Hobart, it could take 1-5 days for delivery. Add 2 days for regional VIC, NSW, TAS, SA and QLD. Add 3-7 days for remote QLD, WA and NT.
