If you receive your item and on arrival it is damaged, faulty or incorrect, then we will replace the item for you and refund the return postage costs.
If you decide that you no longer require the item or would like to return it within 14 days of your purchase date, we offer a refund minus the postage costs (even if it was free shipping it still costs postage - please contact for this amount).
Returned item needs to be returned in as new, resaleable condition for us to consider a refund.
Refunds will not be given if the item shows any signs of fitment, use, damage, or dismantling.
Refunds will not be given on any electrical items that have been removed from their packet or fitted to vehicle.
Return shipping is buyers' responsibility in this case and we recommend you include your purchase details and use a trackable shipping method to avoid any items being lost.
The original shipping costs are not refundable.
